Mudiay was a -25 tonight. Whether he's coming off the bench in Denver or starting on the Knicks, it alway seems like Emmanuel has the worst plus/minus numbers on the team. I usually take that specific stat with a grain of salt because it's heavily dependent on lineups and he's played only a handful of games, but when I watch Mudiay play it's obvious that he's the worst point guard on the roster and it certainly passes the eye test for me. :deadrose:

I'm sorry brehs but I don't really have high hopes for mudiay, he doesn't look like he'll ever get a good feel for the game to be a player in the league. He's barely getting by on pure athleticism.

The thing about someone who is that athletic and shows even just flashes like Mudiay is that if things do ever clique, they become a really potent weapon. We can afford to see if he figures it out over the next season and a half while we're waiting on KP to heal up and youth to develop. I do think we should prioritize Frank over him at PG though. Frank was distributing nicely last night in his own right.

So who do we pick?

I am not even going to bother reading the previous pages of the thread. Once Porzingis went down it zapped my energy to follow this team.

Right now the Knicks are picking just outside of where all the impact players will land like @Frump said, so it's a toss up of a few players, Miles or Mikal Bridges,or Kevin Knox. If the Knicks can work up to the 6th or 7th then they would have a shot at Bagley, Bamba, or Porter, but for now, we gotta hope whoever we pick becomes a Donovan Mitchell type surprise.

I would take Scott Brooks, after he gets the deavors in DC, to develop these young players for a couple of years. Then fire Brooks and get a real coach once the team is ready.
Brooks did his thing on the player development tip in OKC. Don’t like how long it took him to give Satoransky minutes and how Chris McCullough has developed in his time in DC though.

I'm really gettin tired of so many knick fans getting excited over average talent and overating minimal players. Mudiay sucks. And he will suck next year too. Its really as simple as that
Trading for him was dumb, starting him is just :laff:

Millz had no idea what he doing

I'm hearing rumors that other teams are interested in Dotson. If the Knicks make one more stupid decision and get rid of him for some bum, I'm out. The only dude keeping me fully invested is Burke but even so I cringe at sight of Mudiay getting minutes over him. It's almost like they're purposely trying to lose fans and fukk up the team.
