I dont know if anyone seen this yesterday

Video: Derrick Rose's Pre-Injury study (6:53)

Alot of the landings i saw from Rose in that video reminded me of KP

KP is often goofy and uncoordinated with his feet, ive seen alotta bad landings from him. Im concerned about his long term health

Yeah, that was always the main thing I worried about with KP, and the reason I want him to move to the center position, where his legs won't take such a beating. Especially in today's NBA.

One thing that I absolutely love about Mudiay is ever-present in the two guard lineup of Mudiay & Ntilikina:

Mudiay forces Frank to shoot. Mudiay, as the primary ball handler, collapsed the defense numerous times and it was low key funny to see Frank be in such good position that his unselfish self looked almost frustrated that he was open. :russ:

I guarantee we are going to hear a story about Frank jokingly telling a reporter that Mudiay likes to shout, "Frank, tire la balle!!", Frank, shoot the ball in french. :pachaha:

I was pleased to see that numerous times throughout the last two games.

We will find out whether Frank can shoot by the end of this year by analyzing his second half of season spot-up stroke stats when paired w/ Mudiay.

fukk, I wish Timmy was a little taller.

But, alas, I see the future being a starting lineup of Frank, Timmy, Shot Creating SF, KP, bully C or Frank, Timmy, Two-way SF, Stretch 4, KP.

And, if Burke stays, for Mudiay to be the first off bench to transition Frank to the 2 throughout the game.

It's so fukking crazy that the acquisition of Mudiay is making me excited to watch Frank more than ever.

------------------------

That being said, I do admit I see exactly what y'all are talking about regarding Timmy in that 6th Man role. I don't want to acknowledge it because I've been his biggest fan, but, I'm try to be objective and consistency seems to be the achilles heel unless he shows us more throughout the remainder of the season.

I still fukk with the signing, though. He's performing as well as many of the similarly signed SGs from what I understand.

One of the random basketball podcasts I listen to mentioned that good organizations with players like KP, limit the reckless plays or coach it out of them. Everytime KP dunked or jumped with explosiveness as a Knicks fan you held your breath.

Hopefully one bright spot of this injury may potentially be him altering his game for the best and taking less risks.

Actually, a bit better. But he's still overpaid. Way Overpaid.

Seeing how productive he can be, I wouldn't mind it as much if he was the only bad contract on the roster. But he isn't.

Noah's dead weight deal is eating up our cap space. Lee has 2 years left AFTER this one on his contract, @ around 12.5 mill per year. Lance Thomas has 2 years left, 15 mill total left due to him.

Then you got KOQ and Kanter, both due for contract extensions (and/or pay raises). Love what they've done for us, but would rather let them walk then sign either one to bad deals (presuming neither one gets traded).

Bad deals hamstring us from making deals, create roster imbalance and logjams, which can also mess up player development, which the Knicks already struggle with.

We stuck with Noah, will be interesting to see what they do in the offseason in regards to Kanter, O'Quinn, Lee, and Thomas. If they truly committed to developing the youth then a couple of these dudes won't be back next season.

As an aside, hopefully whatever max deal they give KP when his time is due is heavily insured and highly incentivized.

Whether or not Priogni agrees to come back as an assistant to help the young guards, someone I would love our young guards to work with would be Rod Strickland, especially in regards to tightening up their handles. Wonder what he's up to these days :lupe::patrice:

Got a bunch of young guards on our team, so its not like having both would be overdoin it
