Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
knicks are capped out
which is why originally, someone said lets make trades to clear cap and go after lebron lol
no one said anyhing about trades except u:gucci:

:wtf:

The only way for a capped out team to create room is to make trades, the only way to get teams to take your shytty contracts back is if you throw in picks or young players. Do you think anyone wants Joakim Noah and his contract that runs until 2020? The Knicks would need to trade young guys to create space, the only veteran that any team would want is Courtney Lee, that's pretty much it, the rest of the big contract guys will be Knicks until their deals are up.

u said yes, u said u wanted some unknown rookie to play sf instead of lebron james lol

lakers already traded away their number 2 draft pick after 2 years lol
you guys put so much faith in draft picks
the team, is essentially trash which is why magic wants some superstars

:mindblown:

If LeBron were 26 years old you move heaven and earth for him, but he will be 34 next season, and will most likely be looking for a 3-4 year deal. A team like the Lakers is willing to do it because they have 4 lottery picks as their core already, with Kuzma surprising people as well, that is 5 guys on great contracts for the next few years, therefore they want MAX players to finish the roster.

I'm sure if we went back to the other thread you'd be in there talking about how you can't trade Melo because Porzingis isn't ready to score or some shyt. You don't seem to understand how cap flexibility works and why young players are so valuable outside of their potential. If drafting someone like Kevin Knox means you have the caproom to sign Giannis in 2021, yes I'd want him before a 33-34 year old LeBron because it leaves the flexibility to go after a superstar in their prime.

the key is to draft solid picks during your down time and then have cap space open to improve in free agency if possible

if lebron were to come here,he'd want to play with kp and frank so i dont understand what you are talking about:mjlol:

You're delusional if you think a 33 turning 34 yr old LeBron is gonna want to play with some 19 year old french kid :dead: How many times do I have to point out that the Cavs traded Andrew Wiggins for Kevin Love? If he goes to the Lakers they will sign another max player and probably trade for another as well while still retaining Ball & Kuzma at the very least, the Knicks don't have the assets to do that.

willy doesn't even play homie, havent you been watching:mjlol:

hes definitely tradeable

and no, i wanted to use the amensty on amare and pick up chris paul

So, just trade him even though he's on a rookie contract that will pay him $1.6 million a year until 2020? You have no clue what you're talking about.

The Knicks need to build through the draft, find talented young guys who are castaways, develop their own talent and preserve as much capspace as possible until 2021.

Phil fixed your franchise by doing a proper rebuild and getting Melo out.

Y'all hated that Frank pick something serious and he's going to be an elite defender. :wow:

Melo was gotten rid of IN SPITE of Phil. Also, a proper rebuild does not include giving Joakim Noah a four year contract and hamstringing the franchise for that period of time. Facts: Phil was spinning his wheels the whole time, acting like a bipolar teenage girl. One day let's rebuild, next, let's try to win now by trading for Rose and signing Noah. One day, we run whatever the coach wants, next, call the team together so I can teach them the triangle.. :scust:

Don’t seem like it’s gonna be through the draft:francis:

KP good enough to bring to the 8th seed at least with the trash ass east this year. I swear if this shyt come back and bite us in the ass in the future:snoop:
Real talk, how would you really feel?

If KP is so good that he takes what was constructed to be a terrible roster out of the draft lottery?

Why would you allow yourself to feel bad?

It is what it is. These last 6 games have been more entertainment than the last 2 years.

I want the best, too. But there is a point where you have to say, fukk it, it is what it is.

What stunts KP's development more? Bring on court with Melo or limiting his minutes so we get a pick?

We have Lee, Quinn, Kanter, Willy, and others to potentially trade in the event that we need picks.

So you think it was just that? You don't think the bad roster moves, the losing, the backlash from fans about Porzingis being potentially traded, and the insistence on using the triangle had anything to do with it?

:comeon:

Not to mention the fact that players around the league was openly talking about Phil falling asleep in draft interviews, and there being an increasing perception that he didn't have a clue of what he was doing.

bro
you are not listening
you're just being emotional
i'll keep it simple
if we can make trades that dont involve kp or frank that can clear cap that would lead to us acquiring lebron james or some other high level free agent in free agency, im down with it
if lebron doesnt wanna play with frank and kp, then i dont want him lol
you'll complicating things for no reason
ive noticed over the years how overprotective knick fans tend to get over their players

if we can get noah off the books by trading willy, someone who doesnt even play and cant shoot, im cool with it, we have kanter
if we can trade tim hardaway or courtney lee to clear cap, i'm down with it

i dont see how you wouldnt be

Kid is a phenom on defense :wow:
This knicks thread is pretty lit, idk how I became subscribed to it. :yeshrug:
But I enjoy watching the personal clips of Frank develop. Amazing how gifted that kid is IQ wise at 19.....He might fukk around and be a jason kid type player if he can see the game that far ahead on offense as well....

:dead:

I'm being as logical as possible, there is no way the Knicks can clear the $40 million in caproom to sign LeBron without giving up Frank & the 2018 draft pick to another team willing to take bad contracts. You don't get it at all, the fact you think they'd have enough room by just trading Noah is comical. You have no clue what you're talking about, the Knicks will be at $93 million next summer, they'd have to get down to around $54 million just to sign LeBron, and you talking about signing another high profile free agent :dead: The Knicks are the only team that offered Hardaway a contract, now you think a team would just be like :manny: and take him on a contract only the Knicks were willing to give him....

Every player they'd move would require a pick or young player, you're basically saying to gut the team to sign LeBron, nevermind the fact if there was some young player left over LeBron would probably want them traded.

Can anyone explain what the fukk is going on or what the fukk we gon do with Hernangomez?!:stopitslime:

I mean we got a all rookie center riding the bench being left to rot while we trotting Kanter out there. Kanter been putting it together but I rather see Willy out there
My only guess is that they're trying to get Kanter's and KO's trade value up?
Nothing else makes sense :yeshrug:
Unless Willy fukked Dolan's wife, or something :willy:

And quit talking about damn LeBron in this thread :damn:
