post a picb b bb but If I do anything for my upperbody that involves weights within two weeks I start to get NFL status(not even boosting). For someone like me that already has a large frame and long arms that extra bulk on the top makes me less efficient day to day and on the basketball court, especially since my upper body is already ridiculously strong.
