Walking is the best excercise
I dont believe in weights for my upperbody
pushups,planks,situps, pullups, squats,and lunges
basketball players have the best bodies
If you're not doing cardio you a fool
If you're not always making your legs stronger you're a fool
i thank god for my genes
If you aint working out to exhaustion every time, you fukking around

How is walking the best exercise? I run...but I'm open to opinions.

And no weights for upper body? Again, why?

walking is the best excercise for someone with time, because if you walk say 10-15 kms a day, you gon be fit regardless of if you dont touch anything else, but as a supplementary thing on your days off for three purposes : It keeps muscles loose and soreness away, it's an amazing mind clearer, and it keeps you from going overboard on your caloric needs on your off day.

The upperbody thing is for me personally, I can bench 240 + but If I do anything for my upperbody that involves weights within two weeks I start to get NFL status(not even boosting). For someone like me that already has a large frame and long arms that extra bulk on the top makes me less efficient day to day and on the basketball court, especially since my upper body is already ridiculously strong. for people like me, pushups situps ect bring out my natural physique in such a graceful manner that weights cant do.
