This is tough as hell.
Overall, I'd have to give the slight edge to Cartoon Network.
Cartoons 24/7 + Cartoon Cartoon Fridays + Toonami.
Too tough to beat, even for Nick that was putting out nothing but classics.
24/7 cartoons is a huge advantage because I didn't care about Nick @ Nite as a kid and I could depend on CN after sundown.
I enjoyed 'Hey Arnold' more than anything on either channel, though.
GOAT nicktoon.

Samurai jack was not 90s breh.

nikka said Samurai Jack:mjlol:

IIRC CN was sort of underground at that time. I hadn't even heard of it until, like, 98/99 w/ shows like Dexters Laboratory, Space Ghost and ish like that.
Their catalog of shows was small compared to what Nickalodean offered, e.g. Ren and Stempy, Hey Arnold, Rockos Modern Life, All That, Keenan and Kel, Are You Afraid of the Dark.
What kid in the 90s didn't spend Saturdays watching Nick? It's no comparison.
