- More energy when waking up...but hella hard to go to sleep.
- Less aches and pains during the day.
- Working out becomes easier than easy.
- Eat a lot more food, mostly due to more working out and being awake more hours.
- A lot more "Friendly" with female co-workers for some reason... Many asking me for backrubs and rubbing up on me/touching in coversations.
- No-Fap seems to make you more "Approachable" to the opposite sex.
I dunno...maybe there is some merit to this no-fap thing...

Definitely not about to get cocky, but I think my brain is rewired. When I get turned on by something my mind tells me to fukk and not beat my meat, so it's not really a struggle at the moment. Long story short, makes you feel like more of a man. I feel like I have super powers when taking them on a regular basis. Beating the apprehension and dread of taking an ice cold shower conditions me to run toward my fears and anxiety instead of crumbling from it. It's also meditative and peaceful once you embrace it. The shower finds all the bytch in me and replaces it with warrior.
shyt is crazy sometimes. I'll go a week or two strong and then suddenly one week I'll slip and watch it like every other day or so. To make matters worse, trying to block it results in me just finding another way to watch it. It's pretty wack
