Just reset from 11 days,which is actually a long ass time for me
Some changes I noticed
-Way more energy especially after day 3 or 4
-Trouble sleeping I actually gotta get some kinda workout in if I hope to get a good nights sleep
-less fukks given...like not over analyzing social situations speaking clearer and more deliberate,less worrying about how I am perceived
-[pause]My dikk is fire hose status again[/pause]
-Beating my dikk doesn't have the same appeal anymore. Neither does porn. I'm hoping this means I'm cured
But I'm hungry for more,gotta hit these 90 days to see what's what

. I probably wont fap until i get done with this semester but im not gonna keep track anymore(I honestly lost track of the days a couple of times). Its been a long journey but i feel great and honestly i probably wont fap that much if at all anymore the rest of the year, I just dont see the point anymore. I think towards the end of the year ill probably start a new challenge, maybe make it an annual thing, who knows. A piece of advice ill give to the people who struggle to get out of that 10-30 day range is dont break. Remember that once you beat off your gonna have that "that wasnt worth it
" moment Its never worth it tbh. Once you get through that first 3 weeks to a month, its clear sailing after that.
