Charlo is a big dude. He was killing himself to make 154. He's gonna be solid tomorrow night. And prolly still be under 10% body fat.
He claims he is going back to 154 but I think it's cap. I think if he performs solid/power stays up even if he loses I see him going to 160 so Errol can have 154 especially since Mall is probably going to 168 to fight Plant (even though people think it will be Canelo but I don't see the point) after his Benevidez tune up.

160 is wide open and I can see them pushing for Adames vs Mell for the WBC vacant and then Mell unifies with winner of the upcoming Jennibek fight

Jermell is done with 154. He has nothing left to prove there. Tszu can go to 160 if he wants him. 160 is ready to be dominated.

yeah What I see is
Bud guns for Canelo/Charlo winner so he can retire.
Errol Moves on and rebuilds himself at 154 and undisputed there since he is already #3 in WBC rankings he will will be able to do a tune up then get the Mendoza/Kazoo winner (which would be a money fight for them).
Mell moves to 160 and gets the WBC vacant match with Adames and then tries to unify with Jannibek for undisputed.
Mall does whatever he can at 168 as I feel Morrell who is his stable made will prob get 1 belt when Canelo retires and then move to 175 and we see all roads lead to Benevidez vs Morrell as I feel the Bivol/Beterbiev chapter will be over at that point.

147 we will see the Boots era begin.

I can see Boots vs Errol being Errols retirement match/passing of the torch unless Errol chooses to get 1 belt at 160 and retire a 3 division champ

I really like Chris’ take on fights. Analyzes fights well. I agree with Chris in that Charlo would have to fight a perfect fight. Don’t see that happening. I look at the Constaño fight and see how many big shots he took. Canelo will cut off the ring, land plenty land and definitely hurt him. Canelo by late stoppage.

Its gonna be a different fight than castano. Jermell will have more room to think because canelo isn't a high paced fighter. And for people saying castano hurt jermell so how will he be able to handle canelo's power. It's the same thing as when people said bud got rocked by gamboa so Spence was gonna put him to sleep. And jermell didn't even get that hurt. Maybe slightly buzzed. And not having to drain himself will definitely help with his punch resistance.

Of course canelo can still hurt him cause canelo can hurt anybody with a perfect shot. But jermell can still 100% hurt canelo too. There's no doubt in my mind. He's strong and explosive. Canelo will not be able to walk through him. If canelo just blitzes through and stops with ease I'll admit I was wrong. But I don't see it happening. Jermell will definitely prove he belongs there.

Brolic... Alcoholics
Things spicing up in this last press conference. Canelo actually the one talking more. He seems super motivated And angry. If he don't come through in this one he's really washed.

I'm going canelo late stoppage. Just think he's gonna return to form. Maybe not all the way to his prime self but much better than he's looked in his last few fights. It's not gonna be easy though. But I think the main difference will be defensively. Think jermell is simply gonna take more leather.

Why is everyone saying he's washed if he don't win this fight? It can't be because of age because the he and Charlos are the same age.
Not surprising. If Charlo wins it only makes his resume look that much better. He can say he beat the man who beat canelo

Yeah... I don't think that's Tony's reason tho. He just fukkin' hates Charlo. :heh:

one thing I noticed Jermell saying this week was a few statements on speed and folks will be surprised how fast he is at 168
