Chase Owens is from West Virginia and has Texas roots so it's possible he's on that :mjpls: but until something comes out on that about him I can say dude is deceptively good in the ring. He has been impressive this year when involved in serious matches (minus Toru Yano). He has a nice moveset and for a low card talent is fun to watch.

Also I came into the G1 thinking that Shingo would win it and choose Ospreay as his opponent at WK16 now I'm leaning towards Okada over ZSJ and I'm not sleeping on a Shingo-Cobb Finals with Shingo winning either.

I think KENTA vs. Zack Sabre Jr from Night 13 is the best KENTA match of his NJPW run. ****1/2.

It's been some really good matches the last couple of days: O'Khan-Ishii, KENTA-Hiromu, Okada-Taichi and Ibushi-O'Khan

Damn that's a rough final stretch of cards :upsetfavre:

Okada/Cobb, Tana/Taichi, Tana/Cobb should be worth checking out.

Shingo/ZSJ probably been my favorite match so far although I've only really cherry picked the best looking matches this year.

Atleast the Okada/Cobb match will be a proper Block A final.
KENTA vs. Ibushi will decide the Block B winner with Shingo and ZSJ as possible spoilers too.
ZSJ beat Shingo and Ibushi, Ibushi beat Shingo so i could see a situation where Kota and Zack have the same amount of points before Kota faces KENTA, if he wins he advances to the final, if he loses Zack does.

I can't ever see ZSJ getting a IWGP title run. Could see a NEVER run, but if Ishii could never get the big one even for a a single defense, there's no way ZSJ's performances get him anything but more opportunities to have good matches in NJ.
