The intensity was there, and I'm willing to give it a pass because of a). My state of mind while I was watching it and b). The fact that this all but guarantees that Punk is winning on Sunday.
Now, if Punk just gets rolled over, then they might as well throw all Rock/Punk related plans into the fire, along with plans for Punk in the main event, and maybe even Punk's new contract. Because they will have just thrown away monumental amounts of time, effort and energy into creating Cena's latest, greatest sacrifice.
