This season is all house money. Us pistons fan woulda been happy with them challenging for the play in coming into the season. But Cade became an All nba player and got them firmly into the playoffs.

And they giving the knicks with 4 40 million dollar players and 2 all nba players All they can handle with Dennis schroder as the 2nd best player. No Stewart who is the heart of the team and no Ivey.


You can say running it back will get the same results and that maybe true, but once upon it was who better Cade or Jalen green. Now it’s when Cade gonna take that sga leap. Cade has had one healthy off season to work on his game and it was last summer.

Just don’t become the Hawks breh. All that, “we won 14 games” shyt is in the past. Yall HERE now. You gotta treat this off season like that’s the case.

Dog, we be on the same page so much I swear I said this same thing damn near word for word in the beginning of the series. These losses by a razors edge, even if they are still losses, are all a net positive for this team. Exposes the holes for the off-season and shows we're right there wit a supposed to be loaded team. They're down 3-1 but there's nothing for fans of this team to hang their head down on. I ain't got a chance to talk shyt like this since I feel like the SOHH days when we had a real squad.

We'll never become the Hawks with the championship pedigree/team history we have. Hawks haven't done shyt, ever. We fall off, rebuild and get back to the top, and that's what is going on right now.

I don't think the hawks ever really had that bright a future during that period tbh. Trae played well but they also played a bunch of teams with injury luck on their side. That teams success wasn't sustainable. Even if the Pistons didn't make a major move this summer, excluding Cade being injured, their future outlook looks brighter.

I think there are 2 teams that potentially could take another leap this summer in the east, the Pistons and the Magic. Magic need shooting and a PG upgrade in a major way. Pistons need another bucket better and someone else that can operate as an offensive facilitator. They swindled is out of achieving all that we needed with those #5 picks when we were a bottom 2 or the worst team back to back to back, but I digress

We don’t have to treat this off season like that. This is year 1. We dont have to rush. I think the major move should be made next season around the deadline or next off season. IMO our young players deserve at least a half a season together next year before they start getting shipped out For the pistons It’s about being ready to be title contenders When Boston start breaking that team up in 2-3 years.

I think yall are equating “trade for Randle” like I’m saying to give up everything for Giannis. Tobias expiring and a protected pick or two should be enough for a team to come of a big contract that they don’t feel like paying while they figure out their futures. The player you bring is a bridge player who keeps the team truly competitive while your young pups start to come into their own.

What are we talking about here?

Refs almost never call in those situations and the only reason there was contact is because Hardaway leaned in and flailed his arms. He was looking for a call because his shot attempt was a prayer.

Cade had as good a look as you’ll get on a game winner didn’t put it in.
