That's what I assumed about the Hangman/Evil Uno stuff too given Hanger's history with Dark Order.

Not really because "Mistico" didn't really work in WWE, Sin Cara was a different character that was treated and promoted as a "promising new hire", not the Mexican superstar that turned business around in México. 2024 WWE would've done a much, much different job than what 2011 WWE did with him.
