Chicago is one of the most, if not the most segregrated city in America. The gold coast is light years from the cough syrup slurping, switch toters.

You can live a lifetime without entering or stepping outside of your vehicle in certain hoods in Chicago.

In the shopping district right off Lake Shore Drive/DuSable. Things don't typically happen in that area but for a while, random shyt was happening in upscale neighborhoods AND suburbs in the Chicago area. That was an anomaly. The Gold Coast is chill as hell even if it is boring. Definitely not the best representative of the Cities vibe outside of the architecture which is immaculate.
