Somehow you either think Bud’s chin is weaker at higher weight, or Mell hits harder than anyone Bud has faced. No evidence of either plus Mell isn’t as fast or as good a boxer as Gamboa was at 135.

Mell charlo gets nikkas out the paint and has been at 154 for years, we cant ASSUME a nikka making his 154 debut will be able to take heat from the divisions KO artist.

No. Spence’s bread was buttered at 147. Had he moved up he would’ve been beat a long time ago. The key word is advantage. Some fighters fight at low weights so they can use their strength/power as advantage. Like Oscar. The plan was to start at lowest weight possible and grab all the titles you can for marketability purposes.

IMO Errol should not aim for the Rematch this yr or even early next, but from a Bud POV that could be his test the waters fight to see how he feels at the weight but I don't think Errol would be a good litmus.

If Bud doesn't care about Undisputed X3 then he could just chill until spring and aim to fill out good, but imo I'd take Tim Kazoo belt as it does 2 things
1.Lets you see how it feels at the weight and taking them shots
2.Sets up Undisputed x3

There's nothing else for him after he faces Mell win or lose cause it'll be the Mayweather/Canelo treatment of "you beat him, now beat this up and comer" and so forth and so on. He's now at the stage where nobody will be satisfied with his wins cause they'll then demand MORE out of him

I hate Floyd interviews I don’t even know why he does them. All he talks about is his money he don’t even give insight on boxing or nothing. And he seems like a hater low key he made sense with Spence but won’t go deeper on the topic.
