I mean, A LOT can happen from here to January but this sounds like the most inventive thing Gedo has done in years, would be dope if they can pull it off :obama:

Now I'm actually wondering which show will be Liger's, or if they just book two big matches back to back for him :ehh:
This sounds :banderas: but why do I suspect that Jay White will take the IC title of Naito later this year and then he becomes the first dual champ by getting his win back against Ibushi. :scust:

:dead: if that happens.

Jay White: wins the title before WK. Defends against Ibushi on night one. Challenges Naito on night two. Wins both. Headlines The Tokyo Dome two nights in a row.

Gedo in the cut: :jawalrus:

Finally got caught up and what a tourney it was. Glad I tuned in. Was excruciating and fell behind a few days this weekend cuz of takeover and summerslam but managed to get caught up at work yesterday and today while avoiding spoilers. Glad Ibushi won. Definitely better outcome than Jay White. So he wants to challenge for both belts. Does that mean they'll both be on the line the second night? I like Ibushi. He a good wrestler. Don't know much about if he is championship caliber material but he has the look and is a very good in ring talent. Well deserved. Don't know if he ever main evented a WK but I thought I saw him do it one time, but could be wrong. Rest of the superstars were all mostly good. Freaking Moxley got jobbed out after such a hot start. :mjlol: They were like oh you think you gonna win after 5-0? :mjpls: I see a lot of potential for next year and with the same or almost the same field, it should be a good one. I was :deadmanny: at the whole C block thing and it seems like Rocky Romero the whipping boy of NJPW. Seems like he had beef with or got messed with by more than half the wrestlers. :russ: You can tell everyone gave their all in every match and it was some good wrestling. I'll have to keep an eye on the road to WK and see what happens until then.

Just finished last night. Jay White is a GREAT heel for them and the perfect leader for BC. Knew there was no way in hell he was winning though.

Just like there is no chance in hell Ibushi is winning at WK.

Suzuki missed the entire G1 and in one night showed why he is STILL one of the baddest mofos in the game :whew:

No idea where Naito goes from here :francis:
