That’s a good point, I’m figuring that’s the only hard evidence they have on him
I don’t think he will take it to trial, but it may be worth it. You need to prove he was paying NTG to further their “criminal enterprise”, which isn’t gonna be easy because who is the leader? Where’s the receipts? You have 3 people who are allegedly running an entire criminal enterprise? 6ix9ine is 22, NTG was started before he was born. He just became a blood last year. Unless they get some people to make something up, this sounds like a really flimsy case outside of the guns.
The thing that will make it more difficult is that “crips and bloods” still scare the type of white folks that will be on the jury. It’s the Boogeyman to them. They still think gangs are running around like South Central in the 90s shooting people for wearing red.
He wasn’t home when they found the gun in his house, so it’s plausible deniability.
Everyone needs to be careful because they are trying to set a precedent to give black folks more Fed time.

From what I’ve read so far, that charge is based on him being affiliated with a gang. Of course I’m waiting on more documents to be released, but it seems like a big sweep up charge like they've been doing recently

But what I do know is the feds dont come after you until they have built a bulletproof case. When a nikka catch a fed case he's either copping out or he's doing them years

It’s true but for the most part their conviction is what it is because people don’t have money to fight them. Irv and Chris Gotti showed this type of case could be beat, with a far more “dangerous” dude they were connected to. The difference is their noses were legitimately clean, 6ix9ine doesn’t have that luxury
