They have him as the head of the organization. They also believe he was there at a couple of the robberies and shootings.
Hate to break it to all the brehs but there's a possibility mel gets hit worse than shotti, especially if they have him as the head of the gang.

Brehs, can y'all explain something? I thought the name of the dude that was 6ix9ine's Manager was TreyWay. So who da fucc is this Shotti dude? Now I'm seeing that TreyWay is the name of their clique.

My understanding is that it’s actually Treyway Shotti, that is what his IG handle was. Shotti was the manager and Treyway is the clique they repped.

Has it ever occurred to people that this 6ix9ine character is playing Chess, and isnt as stupid as he looks?.........Maybe he said and did all of that stupid shyt on purpose so the FEDS would arrest him...This would put him in position to flip, spill the beans and get off with doing a minimal amount of prison time if any.,

Now you're probably saying..."Why would he do this?......well,its simple:

1.He was being extorted
2.People were trying to kill him
3.People in his own camp was stealing money from him
4.His family was getting threats
5.Get his 2.5 million dollars back.
Has anyone questioned that this a very stupid post. He isn’t bright.

Dunno about all this, but

I saw a guy get on the news get arrested for robbing a bank in order to get away from his wife.....dude thought he was getting jail time, but the judge gave him house arrest so he had to stay around her more than ever. He got his mental health sorted out now so I am sure he is happy he isn't rotting in jail.

Tekashi Is still behind bars hoping to get out on bail, but now he has something else to worry about -- the feds announcing they've had a snitch in the rapper's crew

We broke the story ... Tekashi pled not guilty in his federal racketeering case Monday, and a trial date's been set for September 4. Things got potentially worse for him when prosecutors revealed they are working with a confidential informant who's made recordings -- presumably of conversations with 6ix9ine

Tekashi's attorney, Lance Lazarro, admits it's a serious development in the case, telling TMZ .. "Anytime there is a confidential informant, there is cause for concern."

In court, prosecutors boasted the recordings could send Tekashi to prison for life.

His lawyer's trying be optimistic, though, saying ... "I am confident that any recorded conversations with [Tekashi] will prove that he wasnever a part of the Enterprise and support the conclusion that he’s innocent
