Treyway is just something 6ix9ine said. It's a reference to the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. Shotti is the name of his ex manager. People thought that since 6ix9ine said Treyway whenever Shotti was around that Shotti was Treyway. However, that's not true. He goes by Shotti
