I attended inner city and suburban schools. The white schools were better funded, better staffed and had way more resources. The black schools had crowded classrooms, old books, old tech and alot of teachers who couldn't provide the students the direction they needed.
I agree with you on the cultural and parental difference because black schools take popularity contest to a whole nother level and alot of students come from fukked up homes and parent with no education.
That’s not really the case anymore with technology.
Nobody really uses textbooks like that anymore, everything’s computer based and teachers have access to the same programs.
And with programs like Title 9, some inner city schools are better funded than suburban schools.
Macs, ipads, and smart boards in every classroom and a great library.
I’m strictly talking public schools though.
Of course private schools will be well ahead of both.
