Fam not every street dude is a dumb ass or even after they get caught ......some of these dudes are smart as fukk but the schools system are fukked up...

Like the poet Black Ice said "Imagine if cats had a chance to be accounts before being taught what the difference between between wet and dry weight is. Imagine if these inner city kids had the same type of schools as these rich kids have way out in the sticks. Imagine if cats learned chemistry for real before we learned to whip 7 1/2 out of 6"

So don't get it twisted some of the smartest minds are up north locked up but just chose the wrong paths.

I’ve worked in inner city schools and “rich kids” schools.

A lot of the times the inner city schools had better tech than the rich people schools and they’re taught the same material.

That’s not what makes a difference.

It’s culture and parental involvement that makes all the difference and as long as nikkas keep that silly ass victim mentality it’ll never change.

Like what?

Even if you deposit it in smaller amounts like say 7-8 grand at a time it’s called structuring and they’re going to end up taking your shyt anyway.

They would have to get a check from somewhere, or what I think is the smartest way is through the casino/sportsbook.

But Tekashi was getting legit rap money, so they could’ve been depositing cash filling out the paperwork saying they worked for him.
like i said
theres ways around it

Feds have been using RICO charges on nobody Cape Verdean street gang members in Boston for 2 decades now.

RICO charges aren’t this mythical all powerful unicorn everyone on TheColi seems to think it is. It’s just another tool they use. One of hundreds.

You do know the Feds have a 92% conviction rate and it's very hard to escape rico right...

Ain't no myth. Feds don't miss.

I attended inner city and suburban schools. The white schools were better funded, better staffed and had way more resources. The black schools had crowded classrooms, old books, old tech and alot of teachers who couldn't provide the students the direction they needed.

I agree with you on the cultural and parental difference because black schools take popularity contest to a whole nother level and alot of students come from fukked up homes and parent with no education.

That’s not really the case anymore with technology.

Nobody really uses textbooks like that anymore, everything’s computer based and teachers have access to the same programs.

And with programs like Title 9, some inner city schools are better funded than suburban schools.

Macs, ipads, and smart boards in every classroom and a great library.

I’m strictly talking public schools though.

Of course private schools will be well ahead of both.
