It’s been 6 months at this job. It’s cool but I started it knowing it was less money and a stepping stone.
I’m trying to think of when I could start applying elsewhere again but don’t want to look like a job hopper but I was getting to final interviews of jobs that paid double what I’m making now.

Lol meanwhile I logged in on the 1st and put in PTO for spring break that aligns with the school system. March 30th to April 9th or something.Am I missing something here because I rarely feel the need take time off
I don’t think I’ve requested pto all year.
And this includes days I don’t even turn on my laptop
Now, I’ll never use PTO for a doctor’s appointment or any personal errand, but I’m taking tf off for leisure.
Ideally I’d like a paid leave of absence for at least 30 days. But I don’t want to injure myself or play super crazy to get it.

Just put in my PTO from May 3rd to May 23rd, first proper holiday in ~3 yrs. I’ve earned a holiday but I’m gonna grind out the next four months so I go into the holiday absolutely knackered and ready for a break.
On the WC I gotta do 4/4:30 just so I’m still somewhat early to my EC peers…
The first week is tough to get down pat but once you keep going, even on weekends you wake up earlier as well.

Why did HR lady ask me what days I come into the office? My manager’s out of town for the next couple of weeks, so she should chill.
There’s a big project and some smaller ones coming up in the first half of this year. Once they’re done, I’ll look and see what other opportunities are out there. Remote opportunities.
