Life is trying to help me make a extra 10k a month.:mjcry:
Out of the blue, got an additional 800 more a month, added to my income. :myman:

Got offers coming in and its up 2 me to accept. :jbhmm:

Set a goal of making 35k monthly before I hit 35 years of age. might get there early if I plan right:mjgrin:
What do you do for a living? :dahell:

Just found out tenants in my rental property are planning to move in the spring. Was planning to do my kitchen cabinets/counters, but now I have to hold up and most likely dump every penny of that $$ into refreshing the rental and finding new tenants . :francis:

They would have been there for 7 years in april, so it's not a terrible run, but being a landlord is a pain. Part of me wants to sell and cash out, but I know I could make $600 a month renting (3 bedroom single family) on section 8, vs the $330 over I'm getting at market rate.

Everyone says the headache of renting section 8 isn't worth it if you really care about the property being upkept. What to do :lupe:

Get that N+ cert then entry level ops will be there. That proves to them that you're knowledgeable about it without having the neccesssry experience. Do you know how to re image machines, update OS, replace HDD, etc?

I'd rather post this here than in TLR since I'll get more coherent answers.

How often did you guys move when you were kids and do you think this affects how you look at hopping amongst employers? I moved 10 times in my 24 years :wow: which averages to a new house every 2 and a half years (it typically wasn't that frequent). I think that because of this I want stability; little to no movement from employer to employer, a job with no travel requirements, things of that nature.

I feel that for people who moved around a lot as a kid, they don't want to go through that when they're an adult because it can potentially be tumultuous. For those who lived in 1 spot since birth, they're eager to get out there, move around a lot, and are excited by frequent change since they probably didn't get to experience it.

Thoughts?

Don't feel bad I've probably had more jobs than the times you've moved and I lived in the same place. It never hurt my chance with employment. Well I've lived two different places as a child and adult just switched from one state to the next but same area.

Anyway, just find a place you feel like you'll be happy at long term and go from there.
