Has anyone posted an ad on Indeed.com to hire employees? I trying to now but they want to verify my account. Cool.

They want either a utility bill or a leasing document saying we're renting office space at the address i have on file. I have neither. Im in transportation, and have a home address on file with a space dedicated as an office.

I sent our articles of incorporation, certificate of organization from the state and a form choosing to be taxed as an S-corp. Indeed is saying those arent good enough.

Im trying to have this wrapped up by Monday so i can start screening applicants.

side note - I've always hard people say not to tell your plans/ideas untill it's done, just had it confirmed it today :francis:. I've been telling people since the start of the summer im moving to london this summer and that im leaving the country, i've been keeping this last interview low and not told anyone except for my roommates and family. Today i told everyone else that i got the job and that im moving to london and some people seems surprised/shocked and not in a good way either:pacspit:

Download a copy of your utility bill and photoshop your company’s name and the address on it. The text is standard and easy to replicate.

Good looks.

I got some mail sent to my address. They don’t want it scanned, so I took a pic and literally sent it an hour ago. Ima check this afternoon if that’s good for them.

If not, ima go your route

-Does anyone know of any entrepreneur vlogs on YouTube?
-Going through a lot but learning a lot as well. Personal & business credit, accounting, finance in general
-Finding a driver has been a challenge but it’ll gone together. Being on the other side of the interview table is different. I’m not:mjpls:but It gives you a different perspective.

My background is in journalism and mass media. My initial plan after the military was finesse a disability check (right now it’s at 1110 a month, shooting for 3k) and never go back to a 9-5..but it’s looking like I may need to

Thinking of using the GI Bill for either an MBA or going back for an accounting degree. Journalist don’t make no money:snoop:theres only so many spots for the Stephen A Smiths of the world

Can't go wrong with accounting.

Boring but it's stable with decent/good pay. And since you're ex-military you might be able to get in with the federal government easier than most people since you'd get extra points on your resume.

I'm slowly (emphasis on slowly) working through these programming problems and it's frustrating as hell. Sometimes the shyt feels like more of a test on your arithmetic than on your ability to construct an algorithm. I know Computer Science is rooted in math, but shyt man, problem solving ain't :why:. I start seeing shyt that makes me have to remember math and just tune the fukk out :shaq2:. Part of this is to land another job, the other part is to conduct interviews. I need to make sure I never give someone a math problem disguised as a programming problem...

My first client is driving me up a wall, she is way guilty of TMI. When she calls and I ask very blithely "How are you?," she goes into detail about her shoulder and surgeries coming up. I'm your Project Manager, not your homegirl :camby:.

1.5 hours left on this project and then it's payday :ohlawd:

And I have another project drafting mgmt contracts, although I'm obv not a lawyer I'm actually very good at legal docs - have drafted several in my day and literally gotten no edits from the lawyers I had review them. :ahh:

As anyone ever gotten a position applying on LinkedIn (not a recruiter seeking you out)

Never. Applying online is just a crap shoot from what I've seen.

I've been plugging at it but no fruit yet. Really need to get a role before the end of the year.

I thought so as well. I remember doing it relentlessly with Indeed before I got this role just thought that LinkedIn would be a bit better I guess not.
