Start cardio
Jogging for 60 secs, rest for 60 secs, for 3x
And increase the minute each week till you can run ten minutes straight
Also change your diet, no fried foods,no sweets, only drink water
Also 90% of foods you should be eating are fruits and vegetables, 10% acidic
Like breakfast- eat some fruits or smoothie
Lunch- a salad with no dressing just lettuce and tomatoes
Dinner- some chicken and rice or whatever
Add plyometric exercises like clap push ups, squat jumps
You'll be losing weight like water

Yeah.......lack of dietary fat is going to be a problem down the line.

That calorie deficit is pretty drastic man. I'd focus on getting in the gym at least 5 times a week if all you can handle is 30 mins of cardio.

Nothing wrong with trying out the machines on the gym to break up the treadmill either. It can get boring.
