The Cuffy dude ran off on the plug she lined him up with... the plug has a shaky background... Cuffy is in a Fed low level Bootcamp for MURDER.... the Agent fell so deep in love that he started sneaking money from the agency to pay Tammi.... Tammi was playing for keeps..... It's just too many foul characters at play to outright say Meech set everything thing up.

When did Meech find out she was an informant? Not until Cuff was locked up right? And the Flenory time cut quote was on her own gain in order to sell his life rights. Nowhere in the paperwork does it suggest that Meech instructed her to set him up.
