My thinking was more along the lines of a drug kingpin, with at least a body or two, someone who survived shootouts, and did like 15 in the feds, comes home to a bunch of pussies online making fun of him. The whole social structure has changed. In Meech's day, you wouldn't disrespect someone like that.

You’re 100% correct. All those things got him a following by the young black community. That was flawed in general but the more he distances himself from those ignorant accomplishments, the followers now choose to drop him from that pedestal.
