if anyone would have the ability to see it, it's you or me or a few other people on here. and I don't know. T, to me is really really weird. He did half his sentence on 30 years. and of course he filed an appeal for COVID in 2020, but so did every fat criminal, on a hail mary.

What happens is prosecutors oppose the motion, and they write out a 40 page whatever memo, it's called a response in opposition. And they detail every crime Terry committed, and all the 50,000 dollar NBA tickets and luxury cars, and Hollywood Hills mansions. and the judge NEVER goes for it.

Tee had the health problems documented before he went in. That's the difference between just being fat and scared of COVID. He also had way better legal representation which basically squeezed the feds into admitting that they didn't have facilities or things necessary to keep a guy like Tee from catching COVID or treating him if he did so they would be legally liable so it would be better let him out and be able to get treated or die out of their custody. He's a non violent offender who didn't go to trial and served multiple years so it was easier. 69 got out early for the same reasons because of his documented Asthma issues.
