I wouldn't. Spence been talking unifying at 147 and moving up for YEARS now, before Boots was a factor like that. Staying to fight him (assuming he beats Crawford of course) would be extra. I would like to see it, but it's extra nonetheless. And then when does it stop? Cuz next nikkas would be calling for Victor Ortiz Jr or some shyt and on and on and on and on lol
Now I'm not sure what Crawford's plans are (you can fill me in on that) if he were to unify....but if he isn't gonna move, not fighting Boots wouldn't be a good look. That's assuming he isn't tryna jump to 154 as well, idk

I feel Spence was always a 154 nikka. His relationship with the Charlos made them 147-154-160 spread out . Who has been Spence toughest opponent? Porter?! Crawford will be??? nikka Crawford is a lightweight that blew up and about to get crushed . I love Spence but he a Varsity nikka playin JV . I've felt this way since he was punching on the Algieris, the Petersons, the Bundu Jacks of the division.
Spence will get props from me when he beat up a threat like Ennis . (How tf a novice like Ennis is the closest thing to Spence has ever come to a challenge???!) Or when he goes to his rightful 154 and start winning .
Can Spence beat Lubin ? Can Spence beat Harrison ? Hurd? Fundora? Castano ? These the challenges I wanna see him take. Not beating up on lil nikkas

No disagreements here. We'll get to find out after this hopeful fight with Crawford tho, win or lose. At the end of the day, politics or not, 147 is the division he started in. Can't fault him for wanting to cleaning it out. It just seems more exaggerated tho because he's missed 2 year due to injuries.
But ironically, I kinda feel the same about Boots. He's gonna outgrow that division in no time as well.
But we're in agreeance with your first question tho; Spence shouldn't stay to fight Dennis. Time to move on and up
