And I think we all agree that saying "No homos allowed in the locker room" is an ignorant and stupid statement.
I don't necessarily see it as hateful though. I think about why someone would feel that, and I understand his p.o.v even though I don't agree with it.
Athletes can be some of the dumbest folks out, people tend to ignore the fact that the majority of them have been passed through everything in life due to their physical abilities. It's not an excuse, it's just the reality of what happens when you put a microphone in front of 100+ pro athletes for 3 days straight, something stupid is bound to turn up.
