only has the best of absolutely everything from all over the world.
endless clubs, endless bars, endless lounges, the best restaurants, the most variety of culture, most historical sights and museums, endless shopping, endless women.... never having to go out of your way more than 5-7 minutes for anything you need to pick up for the house (groceries, drug store, everyday shyt, etc)
have fun in fort worth though.

Mediocre wasn't the best word for my hyperbolic statement but, Miami-Dade is one of the more expensive cities in both the South and North.
That house in NY would be $150,000 here
The one in TX would be at least $600,000

Apples to Oranges. There's probably more amenities in walking distance for that house in New York than there is in the Fort Worth. Not to mention, Fort Worth is pretty suburban which is why it grows so fast.
