Obvious size and aesthetics of homes aside, I wonder what those taxes looking like though...TX has some heavy property taxes, but no income taxes...but NY has high income taxes, but not sure about property taxes.
I think in Texas if you have cows grazing on your property, your property taxes go way down...

Yeah I finally understand what New Yorkers mean when they say this.I am in NJ and in NY pretty often, I myself cant ever live in NY for that same reason, its the reason why a lot move from ny to nj to get a little extra space, I cant be having connecting walls with my noisey ass neighbor. And Driving in the city blows/
