I really wanted to talk about what this thread was actually about meaning why is women projected to be single at such a high rate at this time.

One reason on the Black women subreddit there’s a dicussion where women are deciding not to have children in the Trump administration.

Lol so when Trump is gone and they've wasted 4 years of health and fertility they're gonna suddenly want kids again?

Not having a baby for political reasons thats like killing a child that's already been born because cheeto is in the white house

I’m finally warming to my overall point if society was solely based on who everyone found attractive it would crash.

You cannot have a complex society based on who makes you horny.

Human beings are much more than that and we need each other to survive.

The worst punishment you can legally do in most societies is to put them in solitary confinement. It literally drives people crazy.

The band of 250 in the Sahel aren't mixing with the one in South African. So they aren't actually benefitting from it.

Humans want genetic diversity, cultural standards and geographical access historically buffered them.
