As for real life Jaleel, you can’t say black girls didn’t like Stephon, who is just Jaleel dressed better with no glasses. Do you get it now? Sometimes, all you have to do is work on your appearance. As far as regretting rejecting the nerds, nobody is looking for a spouse in high school. You hangout, kiss, go to the movies, hold hands, and yes some of them smash early. They aren’t thinking about a man who can pay a mortgage, just like that nerd isn’t looking for a wife. The nerd wanted to smash just like the cool guys. The nerd is just as shallow.
Most nerds don’t turn into casanovas. They are still nerdy and unfortunate looking, and all of them aren’t rich. All nerds and corny guys aren’t these amazing men of high character who can’t cheat, lie, or do a woman dirty. I am so sick of the narrative that less attractive means nicer, smarter, and more faithful. Marriage is a lot of work, and compromise. You have ups and downs, and disagreements. It won’t work when the woman feels like she’s doing you a favor by being with you.

Yes, women are shallow. And you’re saying it’s fine for men to be shallow, but not women. Some of y’all think you can walk out the house, sloppy, out of shape, scraggly facial hair, say, “What’s up” to a woman, and she thinks, “Hmmm, he looks like a stable man who is going to treat me right”.
You don’t go up to a woman and say, “Hi, I have a good job, date me.” You chose her, because you liked the way she looked. Then when she doesn’t like the way you look, she’s the problem. Most people date the same level of attractiveness. Can some people pull out their league? Sure. But you’re going to have far more losses than wins.
