Why the fukk didn't the juror have that energy during deliberations. I know its easy for me to say this but I would have held my ground and voted the way I wanted. Hopefully this dude can get a appeal
If they’re using Touch DNA evidence and only touch DNA for DNA proof that’s shady and some weak ass “evidence”.
The accuracy surrounding the whole process is highly debated/challenged in forensics with some scientists and investigators going so far as to label it junk science.

there was a rumor and apparently leads that the cops were told not to pursue that she was an escort. not a backpage posting escort but one of those IG influencing fitness blogging Dubai type of girls.
i dont know if i believe the father actually killed her, or killed her over the rumors if they were true. that seems outrageous. but whats more outrageous is how nice and easy it is to pin it on the crazy black kid who strolled over to Howard Beach from East NY. i definitely do not think Chanel killed her - they found the most 'convenient' lowest hanging fruit they could, to solve the case and wrap it up all nice and "clean." Now we're finding out that a jury didnt go for it, not once, but twice?
the mob angle doesnt seem realistic. italians rarely, if ever, target family members. and it wouldnt be as brutal as this. If the Dad crossed the mob, reneged on some business, or owed money - there are dozens and dozens of kids in Howard Beach looking to make a name for themselves that would just directly kill the guy. they'd be liable to use someone he knows to lure him somewhere and kill him quietly, or just as liable to pull up in broad day in front of his house with a few shooters and a getaway driver - but beating his daughter to death and/or raping her in the weeds doesnt seem like their M.O.
im surprised there wasnt a boyfriend or an ex boyfriend or someone like that. we havent heard her connected to any type of guy or love interest during this coverage at all. kinda strange.

What happened?
As a teen, Allen iveraon and friends went bowling. They were recording on camera too. Just being teens.
Cacs started with the racist bullshyt and brawl happened. Allen and his friends didn't even fight, they dipped.
Cause Allen was locally famous for being the high school football and basketball sensation. Him and his boys got blamed and charged.
Just watch the doc on Netflix it's amazingly done. Iverson.
