Probably I worded my post in a less than clear way, but circumstantial evidence is not BAD, and many many homicides are solved and prosecuted that way. A lot of times it's just establishing presence at the scene, and post offense behavior. Often it's just a question of a sum total of a lot of evidence, that is circumstantial, and by itself means, not much. It's not a big deal to have DNA at the scene. IF you can be alibied. It's not a big deal if your phone pinged in the area, BY ITSELF. it's not much if you googled some weird shyt, but all together? It starts adding up to where no jury or defense attorney can overcome.
When you don't have a murder weapon, a confession, or an eyewitness, a video, everything is circumstantial. I am very sure they have enough for a conviction. He will take a plea. We also don't know the full extent of evidence, which is probably more extensive.
All the things you named, as in my post, are circumstantial. There are lots of DNA samples from the crime scene.
yup! 2nd, 3rd or 4th cousin it don't matter, once they pull that thread it's over.
they filter thru your family tree by age, sex and location.
law and order should make a ripped from the headlines type show using just this type of investigative technique.

There's something seriously different about incel cats. The term incel gets thrown very loosely on this forum, so it completely devalues and generalizes the term to folks I genuinely don't think are incels. This forum is likely filled with dry dikk dudes, shyt, the vast majority of the population of men suffer from dry dikk syndrome; even dudes in relationships got dry dikk, however, I truly don't believe anybody on this forum is doing this type or mass violence anytime soon.
We have to be a bit more specific about these people and point out similar characteristic. Seems to me many are on the spectrum, social outcasts, probably had spoiled childhoods where everything was given to them, tend to frequent echo chambers, demonic sites like 4.... Very strange
