Did their "noob friend" get an audition with JJ Abrahams for Star Wars? Or get picked alongside the Fruitvale Station director by Sly Stallone to make a spin off Apollo Creed flick? Or basically get PUSHED into being a Black Human Torch? Face it, MBJ got the juice right now, that doesn't make him right for Black Panther certainly but I give props where it's due for young black excellence

Nah man its official. Any Hollywood Reporter article about that flick or any news that comes out about it says that he's the only member of the cast signed at the moment

yeah but it was a different studio and not connected at all to what Marvel is doing now. I think it's a different thing to ask the same audience who sat through two Thor movies with him as Hemdall to now accept him as another character entirely

I don't think Jordan has the gravitas to pull it off and again if he's going to be Johnny Storm then its moot because there's no way Fox would let him join the rival studio and do their comic book flick and again, it would probably fukk with the audience too much. Let Bosseman do it

No one on that shortlist should be Black Panther.

Elba is Heimdall, Jordan is corny and goofy, Bossman isn't threatening, Ejiofor is a babyface and cannot play an intimidating guy.

This man should be Black Panther if they go for the older route
