Guess who doesn't work for Marvel (aside from cameos in their movies and TV shows) and doesn't have any say about what movies are being made?
Stan Lee.

Stan Lee.
Stan Lee wouldn't know shyt about the inner workings of Marvel Studios because the man has never worked for Marvel Studios. It's been over two decades since he even gad a job with Marvel Comics.yea, stan lee wouldn't have a clue what's being developed, you right.
My man Ray "Voodoo" TatumWhy are they over looking Aldis Hodge?
They should give it to an unkown if it ain't Chiwetel or Idris. This nikka only 27. The bytches that know of him think he cute too so they definitely gon show up to watch.
Where the hell has "good journalism" disappeared to, how can Elba be in the running for "Black Panther" if he's already Heimdall in the Thor franchise. Funny how it's only the current "go to" Black actors who are allegedly in the running . Marvel are very left field, so it probably wont be any of them when they eventually cast an actor to play the character whenever that may be.
Best give up hope for any BP solo movie coming out anytime soon. Marvel is too coward to pull the trigger. It's not a case like Blade, where they could cast a Black actor as the lead and surround him by Whites and other non-Blacks. A BP film would have to have a majority Black cast, and it will be hard for them to do the typical Hollywood "whitewashing" . They are going to continue to flake out and hide behind excuses until they can't anymore. Speaks volumes when they are quick to greenlight films for obscure characters like Ant-Man and Doctor Strange, but not BP.
All that said, it is likely they could introduce him in another film like any of The Avengers sequels, and if he's a hit with audiences they may go right ahead and make the solo film. I doubt it will actually happen, but it's possible.
They got a Black Widow film coming out before BP?I can see them doing a Black Panther film through a Captain America film, like how they've essentially made a Black Widow film through Captain America 2.
So when Lee says a Black Panther movie is coming, he just joking aroundStan Lee wouldn't know shyt about the inner workings of Marvel Studios because the man has never worked for Marvel Studios. It's been over two decades since he even gad a job with Marvel Comics.
He was just talking about what he thought was going to happen in that interview with Larry King that the article you linked to referred to.
But dude has no inside knowledge on anything anymore.
