Both people who never fought at all. Askren is a olympian and has been fighting longer than Pauls been alive off of fight IQ alone this wont be easy. Yes his opponents were weak but he throws good punches and has good movement. Him actually putting someone to sleep before they hit the ground is impressive.

Thats what Im saying though. Askren never knocked out by a punch so yall believe that he hits harder than all the professional fighters hes fought? I cant put any faith in him just because he can throw nice punches against walking licks

Paul being the hardest puncher he’s faced could be true. I’ve seen footage of Paul dropping people in the gym, those guys are not pros but that is not easy at all.

All I’m saying is he has pop and knows how to throw a punch and how to move in the ring. He looks like a natural if he just started to box.

Askren walks around at 190 or so so thats not a huge gap. Thats also the thing. He doesnt need to have prettier punches to win this. I would be shocked if Jake Paul could hurt him at all and all Askren has to do is pressure him incessantly and he'll fold because hes not a actual fighter and hasnt been in a long fight. Askren will probs fight ugly as hell, do work in the clinch and tire him out to a hideous decision lol.

Im just not getting the logic of Paul is this super hard puncher because he knocks out nate robinson and the folks he puts online to make himself look better in sparring. Sure anything can happen but my money is on the actual fighter to figure out a way to win

If he walks around 190 then he’s gonna be flabby at 200.

Doubt he fold cuz of the pressure, Paul is the bigger man and is gonna throw punches. He will get hit with something that will make him think twice. If anything askren might be the one to tire out, he’s older and boxing indurance is different from mma.

I think I may have said he should do good with the athleticism gap. I was wrong. I cant recall me adamantly saying either would win or lose, and it was obvious nate was bsing in training. I doubt Askren is.

of course..im going with paul but its 50-50..askren's standup never impressed me..great wrestler and submission guy..if it was stronger id pick askren
