Every human has conduct issues of some sort at points in our lives. That's a pretty dumb thing to say.

He never had any conduct issues related to coaching, basketball or even as an employee for anyone. Thats all we need to know. By your logic we should be digging up peoples traffic tickets, report cards, and unpaid parking fines too. None of that is relevant.
