I wouldn't either. I'm sure $3200 could get you a nice home but I don't know Houston area so idkI would not want to "own" a condo, especially not in Houston.

Seems like some shyt real estate agents do to get views and customers"Random" white guy just asks a black woman how much she pays in rent....and if he can go inside. And sure, because why wouldn't this raise any flags in a real scenario?
This is what I was gonna say .. a house with pool and what not is better in this area imo .I don't get the appeal of a high rise in a city that doesn't have a great skyline. what's the point of paying such a premium then?
See my above, I got in at a 3.375% rate though, nearly quadruple the sqftI wouldn't either. I'm sure $3200 could get you a nice home but I don't know Houston area so idk
I have 4200sqft in the burbs about 25 minutes from downtown for $200 less
$40k per year tossing away to someone else to pay for their mortgage
She must be in staffing, internal Talent Acquisition not bringing in $110k plus remotely anymore.

Rates right now, you aren’t getting much. But 2 years ago or more, yeah. You’re paying $1600 for a mortgage in downtown Chicago?I make more than her and pay less than half of her rent in mortgage for a full house in the city.
I had to trade in my 3.5 for a 7.1 in this current market a few months back when I relocated smh. I upgraded on house but my morgage doubled with this rates smh.See my above, I got in at a 3.375% rate though, nearly quadruple the sqft
