About to hit this joint in a few hours. Generally I been sticking to treadmill or the bike. When I used to hit the stairs heavy I did it before weights. I might switch it up today tho

Anyone can jump on a treadmill or the stairs. You need to learn how to row properly. For the average person it's easier to go with a natural movement.
If you're going to learn proper form then yes rowing is great and will burn more calories.

Ngl I don’t do cardio.. blessed to be naturally lean all my life.
Ima do some stair master today after my calf workout.. I don’t like breathing hard after going up a flight of stairs quickly.
