What the Stairmasters equivalent to walking for 3-5 hours?

I burned like 400 calories in 30 mins on the stair master on level 7


When I did my 30.5k steps it took me 4hours and some change and I burned 1,766 calories.


So based on that math it would take half the time on the stairs. Not sure if accurate in real life but gives you an idea

I just smashed two paczkis this morning after going on a bread fast and abstaining from pretty much all sweets last month.

Also I might fast for a week or 2 so this will help when I get back there. Man 30-45 mins on that will have you thinking you not pressing th gas in the car :russ: whole time you flying
I’m starting my fast today. Get back into ketosis. I fukked around and gained 10 lbs over the last 2-3 weeks. Gotta get back to the 210s

A rowing machine can be inefficient for beginners if they don't use proper form, as the complex movement pattern requires good technique to engage the right muscles and maximize the workout, which can be challenging to master initially; this can lead to improper muscle recruitment and a less effective workout, making it seem inefficient until good form is developed.

Anyone can jump on a treadmill or the stairs. You need to learn how to row properly. For the average person it's easier to go with a natural movement.

If you're going to learn proper form then yes rowing is great and will burn more calories.

Walking on the stairmaster is the best cardio you can do, especially since it does not hurt your joints. Every minute I raise the level so I am walking and stepping faster. This is the way I end my workouts for the last 15 minutes.

Ngl I don’t do cardio.. blessed to be naturally lean all my life.

Ima do some stair master today after my calf workout.. I don’t like breathing hard after going up a flight of stairs quickly.

Plus we need to get HO READY for the Summer!
