Last couple months I’ve been on the 18:6 minimum and hit 20-24 hours multiple times…. Longest I’ve done was 27 hours.

Im ready to try 48-72 cuz the results im getting are glorious. Even starting to see my gray chin hairs decrease :wow:
Try the 48 hour water fast first to prepare your body for 3 days. You gonna feel your body doing it's thing on Day 2 so just hold on if you start feeling hungry.
And don't forget to add those electrolytes to your water.

The mental clarity and realizing how much time you have when you aren't thinking about what to eat for 2 days is :whoo:

The closest I've ever come was a spoon of peanut butter and just water for 48 hours.

I about fainted on some :dead: shyt at least three times. I did go on to lose around 15 pounds in the two weeks that followed, though.

Best I can confidently do is probably 24-36 hours.
