I think I was of the few who liked Compton. It was basically Dre doing To Pimp a Butterfly in his own way. I thought it worked well and he had chemistry with his younger co producers. Although Dre didn't exactly do any credited production on Kendrick's album you can tell he had some hand in To Pimp a Butterfly and especially GKMC.

it would be nice, i thought he sounded good on Compton. but he doesn't need Dre beats becasue he came up with his own production team and they still work with him and it's a great sound.
