Sting ended his career on a high note... defeating the fantastic scumbaggery of The Young Bucks in an all time classic :wow:
I'm watching Sting's portion of the Media Scrum right now and I'm :mjlol::deadrose:at Sting casually saying him & Warrior were on the roids back in the day :heh:you can tell he don't care anymore like ":manny:Ain't no use to be lyin'" had Tony Khan like :leon::lupe:

What was the question that made him say that?

Probably the stans of other promotions

I saw some of them trying to go in on Ospreay until he did what he did in that match.

WhO's WiLl OsPrEaY i'M nOt GoOgLiNg ThAt

Ospreay: Hi, I'm William and I do good pro wrestling. Here's one match.

Ospreay: Tattoos the capacity of biggest paid gate ever.

As usual AEW pulled a hell of a show out of the bag, tbh this one was gonna be special anyway but a few of the undercard matches helped push it over the edge into a PPV that won't just be watched for the main event when people come back to it.

Bear in mind I was watching this until about 4am on a Sunday night with work the next morning, so I should've been struggling to stay awake - Ospreay/Takeshyta had me and my girl shouting at the TV. For a match with ZERO BUILD UP (cry me a river, IWC) and with zero angle directly built from it somehow they pulled a MOTY candidate out their ass and thats only a couple of WEEKS after Ospreay put in another MOTY candidate.

This was totally different to the Oku match, but just as impossible to look away from.

Had to throw in the towel after that and watched the triple threat (good and I'm kinda glad that when they pull the trigger for Swerve it'll be on a show he can genuinely claim as Swerve's House... everyone knew this was really Steve's house tonight)

Main event was something. Honestly I think Darby is more reckless than Mick Foley 95-99 at this stage. I legit let out a sigh of relief when Dr Sampson walked away from him :pachaha:

I sorted by "New" on Reddit after the PPV just to see bad hot takes. I saw a post from someone saying they were glad WWE didn't sign Will Ospreay because the match with Takeshyta was trash. It's hilarious how delusional some people are just because something is happening in a different company. Even if you're a fan of slow paced in-ring psychology, I don't know how you walk away from seeing that match and not being impressed.

I said it in the Dynamite thread last week, wrestling fans make wrestling worse.

:dead:

Neckbeards who stan one promotion or another should just off themselves. It's clear they have nothing going on in life :pachaha:
