NYC living :camby:

If the rent doesnt get you stop n frisk will

No fukking thanks

I doubled my square footage and cut my rent in half moving to NC... and wifey doubled her salary :bryan:

My homie Joe Pope moved out to NC a while back. He's living like a pro athlete out there just cuz the cost of living is nothing. The money he saves he uses to splurge on crazy shyt, just cuz he got it.

When I saw the pictures of his crib, that finally had me thinking about at least trying to live in a smaller spot in Buttfukk, America.

But I can't say goodbye :to:

You got more land and house for your buck but now where is the entertainment?

I don't remember there being anything to do in NC?

that's the obvious downside to it. Now if I had a big ass crib and very little responsibility, I tend to be a homebody so I'd probably lock myself in my house and make sure it has all the things I want.

Me, I'm a city guy. I like being able to go from place to place and know that with the swipe of my Metrocard I can go anyfukkingwhere and do whatever I want. If my sister's crib out in Broward County wasn't so big, being there would drive me nuts because there's nothing to do besides wander around BJ's and Publix and shyt.

With this generation is becoming quite the opposite now. Families are actually moving back into the cities now. I highly doubt they are as likely to move to the burbs as they did back in the 1950s.

Really? I'm not saying that's not true but it's usually not the case in my experience. All the jobs I had in NYC, all the young folks live in the city, all the odler folks live in like Rockland county, LI, Jersey, the burbs. There's only like a few real neighborhoods in manhattan to even raise a family, midtown takes up like half of the city

4 Bedroom for under $1000?? :gladbron:

And I heard stories how AZ is filled with dimes all over :banderas:

1700 sq ft, 2 car garage, backyard. They pay 1095 monthly, I get 985 after my property mgmt co takes 10%.

The women are indeed bad as fukk, but my days of pulling ass are way behind me. :sadcam:

Honestly, if my business takes off soon, I am going back to the South. I love the opps in DC but I got the connections, I can network anywhere.

I really don't get all of the hype about living in NYC being in Northern California :yeshrug:

I love to visit but I look at it like Vegas . Its fun to make a trip , but not a residence. I want to keep my whip and put that $3,000K a month towards a mortgage, NOT FOR A APARTMENT.

My homegirl in SF wants me to consider The City and I'm listening. I'm single, NOT settled down and that makes me feel out of place in Sacramento, among other things. But Sac's close to everything else. Drove to Lake County last evening (2hrs away) and the scenery was piff. I didn't know Jellystone Park really existed near Clear Lake :dwillhuh:

Don't hate on the South if you never been. Had a ball when I was in Dallas and Atlanta.
