:skip: SF aint even the most populated city in the Bay Area

:beli: thats only because NYC has 5 burroughs, which count as 1 city (I have no idea why) but the Bay Area which is a bunch of cities combined to be 1 area has more people than NYC

so why compare NYC to SF and not the Bay Area, which is the same thing as NYC (a bunch of cities making it 1 city)

if you arent gonna do that, then you gotta compare Queens to San Francisco or similar population

but dont let me come in here with facts and common sense

NYC is one city that contains 5 boroughs. its one city breh. just like other cites have "wards" or "zones" how a city decides to divide itself is irrelevant.

secondly, why would you pic queens to compare to SF. its called the SF bay area, so obviously its the focal point of the area. you would compare that to manhattan (if you were really tryna separate it with makes no sense). doesn't matter what the biggest city in the bay is, SF has the highest rent and thats what we talking bout, HIGH RENT. so go ahead, talk facts, since everything I'm saying is a fact.

I laugh all the time when I hear or see a new Yorker say " if u can make it here u can make it anywhere " ...

When they had a article in the times where 1 out 5 new yorkers live in poverty

lmao, so true.

Majority of the people in my school were from the projects.

we would compare the SF BAY AREA to the NYC Metropolitan area. since the fukk when do you compare a City to a Greater Metro :heh:

we talking about rent in new york city you making a case about another city you don't include places that are not part of that city this shyt is basic breh.

So I've been looking at job openings in NYC and the salaries seem to be just about on par with Atlanta. How the fukk do ya'll nikkas survive on that? Ya'll gonna be renting rooms in shyt in your 50's? :wtf:

Cats barely survive, and a huge portion pf NYC does it with government help. You couldn't find a minority in NYC without atleast 2 family members living in public housing. It's normal out here to live in them brick buildings, with the black iron fences. There is poverty upon poverty here in NY, but i know plenty cats with well furnished, project apartments, with new cars parked outside. It's like a game.

DC is on its way to NYC status with the rent. Why pay an arm and a leg to live in the city, but not be able to afford to do anything after you pay your bills? I want to move to Houston SO bad!

:wtf: cause no one in the history of ever has ever associated SF BAY AREA as a metropolitan area, they look at it as one unified area, just like New york City
