whats really funny about this is that you are stigmatizing and stereotyping women in much the same way that white racists stereotype black people.
If it bothers you when white men portray blacks as violent thugs, who are seeking, or inviting violent confrontations, based on the actions of some, pop culture, or the dress, behavior, or attitudes of many, then how can you offer that opinion above? See what racism does is that it seeks to justify its injurious activity by blaming and problematizing THE VICTIM. Its all the victim's fault. Sexism is the same.
What does dressing to seek attention mean exactly? So a woman cant dress in ways that accentuate her body or features, w/o it being a problem? You see what the suggestion here is? You dont think it should be the responsibility of men to control their urges or behavior, so its incumbent upon WOMEN to do everything possible to not arouse those feelings within men. You are problematizing a woman's normal behavior as "wanting attention". This is very similar to how white people say that a black person's choice of clothes, slang, etc AROUSED their racist beliefs, so its the victims fault, and not the prejudicial social environment that informed them.
I am referencing power relationships. Males hold physical, economic, and social power, and they wield it against women daily. Your hostility towards women doesnt allow you to acknowledge this, so you'd rather feed into the misogynist system. Again, the same way that black racism vs. white racism are not one in the same, because of power asymmetry, and a historical context that has built prejudice against black people.
