What are you talking about? Hating on a 225 bench?
Don't even care about the half reps all the way through or shytty technique but 225?
if, you are just getting to lifting new weight.
especially, heavy........
you have to build the static and stabilizer muscles at that weight.
to be able to have static that deep on a lift.
the more you do at a previous static.
allows you in the long run to deepen the static on your next lifts.
so, if he does a large amount of reps at that static.
it will eventually enable him to pull the bar lower to his chest.
or in effect build the static and stabilizer muscles to enable him to consistently lift with that deep of static in every lift.
if he gets it up now, regardless how it gets there.
eventually, he will get to the desired static that many people call a complete rep.
you dudes can crack on him all he wants.
yet, and still over time of he never misses his scheduled lift.
he will gain the ability you noobs are extra critical of.
the idea to discourage a guy.
who is in a discovery zone and trying things out like him.
is completely deplorable, and I just don't get the hate from anyone lifting weights to be that critical.
in the tone that you guys maliciously take to try to tear down a person in a discovery zone and brave enough to tape it or post a link of someone else they are trying to use as a subject to learn from.
the shyt is outta order from you dudes.
plus, I know the negative criticism is completely wrong.
especially since I have been on and passed that level of weight and know what it takes.
if sure is not the non-congratulatory bullshyt you dudes are about.
in the marathon that is power body building and lifting.
just the critique of anyone negative who has been on that stage before.
makes no sense ...
especially, since dudes on here are not like mentzer, o'hearn or some one like Arnold or cutler, Coleman.
shyt is deplorable, and reeks of obscene hating.
