Honestly tho, his ROM is horrible but still if he knew what he was doing he'd be strong as fukk

:wow: I got a cac friend who played college football. He could knock out 15-20 easily full ROM, controlled reps of 225. Think his max is 315. Strongest natural bencher I know.

I used to warm up with 225... 8 to 10 reps... before I had a kid and lost all time and drive to lift

Yeah, first time in my life seriously committed to getting strong as fukk was almost two years ago. I ran like a mad man, cut down to 148. Then I spent 8-9 months bulking back up to 190-almost 200 pounds. Now i'm cutting back down again.

As a natural you just gotta choose whether to be strong (fat) or somewhat strong and not fat :mjcry:

I don't even bench as much as I used to. Pretty much do weighted dips for chests and triceps now. My routine is so much more simplified as well.

Bar has to touch your chest or at least close to it if you have long arms. Those short joints don't work unless do like 15 reps full and then maybe 10 short to help pump the chest(no homillz).

For the uneducated here

You have to touch the bar to your chest. That's full range of motion. Without full range of motion it's not a real rep.
